Responsibilities What You'll Do Learn the Industry: Work with experienced agents to develop expertise in sales, customer service, and agency operations.
Master Key Skills: Build your knowledge of business planning, client relationship management, and marketing strategies with guidance from the University of Farmers.
Make an Impact: Help clients protect their assets and achieve peace of mind by providing tailored insurance solutions.
Prepare for Ownership: Receive personalized coaching and step-by-step support to transition into agency ownership.
Requirement Were seeking individuals with: An entrepreneurial drive and a passion for growth. Sales, customer service, or business experience (preferred but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. The ability to obtain required insurance licensing (support provided).
