Position Overview
T3 Recruiters is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Truck Sales Representatives in Colorado. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by overseeing the sales of new and used heavy trucks.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of sales leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate and direct a sales team to consistently achieve ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Manage the Sales Team: Provide coaching, direction, and performance oversight to Outside Sales Representatives.
• Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to set sales goals and grow the customer base.
• Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Training & Development: Provide training on product knowledge and sales skills.
• Market Analysis: Analyze trends and feedback to identify opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Report on sales metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and service teams.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years in sales with 3+ in a leadership role (preferably heavy truck/equipment).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
• Industry Expertise: Knowledge of heavy truck/equipment sales.
• Sales Skills: Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Analytical Ability: Skilled in sales data analysis.
• Travel: Not Applicable.
