Your expertise will play a key role in increasing bookings,expanding our client base, and ensuring the success of our spa services.Key Responsibilities:•As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our treatments,packages, and skincare products, while also overseeing sales strategies to drive clientsatisfaction and revenue growth.•Promote and sell spa services, treatments, and packages to new and existing clients.•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat businessand ensure satisfaction.•Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and providing tailoredrecommendations.•Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, andensuring a positive client experience.•Collaborate with the team to develop and execute promotions and strategies toattract and retain customers.•Stay up-to-date on all spa services, products, and industry trends to effectivelycommunicate their benefits.Qualifications:•Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wellness, spa, orhospitality industry.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to build positive customer relationships and understand client preferences.•Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.•Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is a plus.
