New York Life Insurance Company is currently in search of supervisors to join our Fast Track Partner initiative. We are seeking out individuals with leadership qualities who could potentially be chosen to join our General Office as a Partner. As part of the Fast Track Management Program, you will commence as a financial professional to acquire practical experience. Once you fulfill the program criteria, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner.
In this role, you will recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. You will also participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month course designed to equip you with the skills needed for success as a manager.

Responsibilities
• Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals. Our proficient teams at the General Office and the Corporate Office offer support to our managers, assisting them in making a positive impact on their agents and communities professionals while serving as an associate partner • Offer tailored solutions by leveraging a broad range of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales roles with a proven ability to drive revenue and build client relationships • Results-oriented with a strong focus on setting and achieving ambitious goals • Highly motivated, seeking a satisfying and challenging career • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry • Effective communication skills. • Strong leadership skills. • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and strategic direction • Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and overall business development • Clear and persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and business objectives
