Responsibility include total satisfaction of clients while driving revenue for sales of catering services and successful event planning. This position requires previous experience in events and or weddings and the proven passion for hospitality.*Primary Duties and Responsibilities: *· Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.· Focus on selling social events, including weddings. Achieve sales goals as set by management.· Proactively research and develop new market strategy. Stay up to date on current industry trends.· Maintain communication with past and key clients.· Handle incoming leads via phone and email. Create proposals based on information provided from clients.· Oversee sales related negotiations for contracts.· Work with clients to create timelines and menu selections.· Prepare BEOs and diagrams to distribute to banquets and culinary team.· Work with Senior Catering Sales Manager to develop new sales strategies.· Meet and greet onsite clients.
