Position at Pilgrim's Sales Manager – Case Ready   Purpose and Scope/General Summary: Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving growth goals against established KPI’s within both the Guntersville facility and the Case Ready Business Unit.  This position will be based out of Guntersville, AL   Responsibilities:   Production scheduling for Guntersville plant Identify sales upgrade opportunities for both bulk and tray pack in Guntersville Monitor net dock pricing for Guntersville mix Sales guidance for plant management/operations Work with outside sales to resolve sales issues Assist in achieving budgeted sales objectives Other duties as assigned Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years' experience in protein (poultry) experience preferred Ability to represent Pilgrims and sell our brand and corporate mission Negotiation skills Basic computer skills-Microsoft Office Collaborative/Accountable/Results driven/ Detail Oriented Critical Thinking skills Team Player Self-Starter Multitasking Analytical and process oriented Able and willing to communicate effectively About us: Pilgrim’s is the second largest chicken producer in the world, with operations in the ., Puerto Rico, Mexico and the .
