Job Description: We're hiring our first Sales Manager to lead a new initiative in our downtown Orlando office. To start, you'll train directly with ownership. Then, you'll move into direct sales and client management to gain a deep understanding of our business, market, and client needs. As you grow with the initiative, you will build, hire, and develop a talented sales team in our office, in parallel with driving sales growth. In this role, you'll use your expertise to drive growth by developing acquisition strategies that capture both immediate opportunities and long-term value. You'll build strong relationships with our partners while also developing new partnerships to expand our reach and position us to succeed in emerging, untapped markets. Responsibilities: Sales Fundamentals: Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with partners, including prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding high-quality new partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including content, marketing, legal, development, and design.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and ensure exceptional, timely service.
Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and optimize partner performance.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, navigate operational complexities, and allocate resources efficiently.
Confidently present and position Recovery Worldwide's advertising platform to clients and prospects.
Educate clients on key industry and product updates while relaying feedback to ownership.
Represent Recovery Worldwide in external partner meetings and at industry conferences.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align client goals with platform value.
Sales Management: Create sales workflows and handbooks covering the entire sales funnel.
Work directly with ownership to set team sales goals.
Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier sales talent, and integrate them into company systems.
Coach and mentor team members to maximize performance and drive success.
Establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and motivate the team to exceed goals consistently.
Develop accurate, data-driven revenue projections for ownership.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support, preferably within digital media or healthcare marketing.
2+ years of management experience, preferably managing and coaching a sales team.
Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and a book of business, and driving opportunities from lead to close.
Proficiency with CRMs and organizational tools.
Direct experience selling digital display advertising or paid directory listings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, video, and email.
Bonus: Knowledge of addiction treatment, behavioral healthcare, or healthcare compliance and ethics.
Where You'll Work: This is a full-time, hybrid role within driving distance of downtown Orlando, FL, requiring the ability to report to the office on short notice for collaboration. Over time, the position will transition to a fully in-office role with the opportunity to lead and manage a sales team. Benefits: Fully covered health insurance
