Job duties:

Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales team, ensuring clear focus and alignment with organizational goals.

Engage directly with both employees and customers to cultivate meaningful relationships and enhance the overall sales experience.

Independently manage and complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Build lasting rapport with customers to develop a robust client network and drive repeat business.

Deliver ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff, offering hands-on support to help close deals and improve performance.

Monitor and support the productivity and efficiency of the Sales department.

Lead regular sales training sessions to promote continuous professional development and team growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Automotive

Must have strong purchasing experience

Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre employment background check & drug screen
