BBSI is currently recruiting for a leading provider of professional asphalt paving services across Utah. They specialize in delivering top-tier asphalt maintenance, repair, and paving solutions for commercial, municipal, and multi-location clients. With a reputation for quality work and unmatched customer service, we help clients extend the life of their pavement assets and enhance curb appeal.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our 8-person sales team. This role is responsible for developing strategies to expand our client base, with a focus on multi-location commercial accounts such as franchise restaurants and property management companies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales leadership, excels at team development, and is motivated to drive performance in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team of 8 representatives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow multi-location commercial accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries such as franchise chains, property managers, retail groups, and other multi-site operators.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance check-ins, and training sessions.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings as needed.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Experience selling services to commercial or multi-location clients is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
- Familiarity with Bitumio software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
