Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our truck rental & leasing and used semi-truck sales teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building winning sales teams, hitting targets, and creating a high-performance culture. Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives for both truck rental/leasing and used truck sales. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals. Motivate and mentor the sales team through coaching, performance tracking, and accountability. Visit customers and prospects regularly to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and uncover new revenue streams. Work closely with marketing to generate leads and maximize exposure for both businesses. Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics to stay competitive. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management. Qualifications: Proven sales management experience in trucking, automotive, equipment rental, or a related industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining top-performing sales teams. Ability to manage multiple product lines and sales processes simultaneously.
