Lead and grow sales opportunities through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.

Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies.

Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and forecasts.

Document all sales activities in CRM for clear tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and customer outreach.

Partner with production, customer service, and shipping to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Represent Tusk Molding at trade shows and customer site visits (about 30% travel).

What We're Looking For 35 years of sales or business development experience (manufacturing or B2B sales a plus).

Strong communication skills able to explain technical products clearly.

Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals.

Skilled at building lasting customer relationships.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (NetSuite a plus).
