Sales Manager As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans using a framework tailored to prospective clients. You will leverage sales tools including pitch decks, presentation templates, and service offerings to support effective sales conversations. Your role involves identifying customer needs and presenting cost-effective solutions that align with financial targets and sales objectives. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance metrics using CRM tools. Provide updates to leadership on sales activities and forecasted closings. Utilize platforms such as CRM and Concur to streamline sales processes. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Mandan, North Dakota. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
