Gwinnett Place Nissan is a leader in automotive retail sales and finance. We are currently looking to add a qualified  Sales Manager to our fast-paced and high-profile location in Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
Train standard methodologies for structuring and closing new and used car deals.
Provide mentorship to all sales associates to improve sales performance
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed the company's sales expectations and market penetration
Advise sales associates and customers on all products available for purchase
Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales and deal structuring process in compliance with company standards
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Manage inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles
Qualifications:
Successful experience in automotive sales management
A strong work ethic with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals
Strong organizational skills
Broad knowledge of dealership sales operations
Results-driven, energetic, and self-motivated
Used car appraising experience is a PLUS
CDL experience preferred, but not required
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
High School Diploma/ GED required. A college degree is a PLUS
