Ford Lincoln of Queens Blvd is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our top-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Must have 5 years of stable and verifiable employment history as a Automotive Sales Manager
  • Demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
  • Setting regular objectives and creating a plan of action to accomplish these goals for our sales and F&I department
  • Responsible for ensuring the dealership reaches its profit objectives on a monthly and annual basis
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Strong, proven leadership skills
  • The ability to take the sales department to the next level of profitably
