The successful Logistics Enthusiast will self-generate new export air and ocean business.

Position Highlights: Research, contact, close, and retain new accounts. Acquire new areas of business from existing clients. Track all activities in CRM and monitor progress. Achieve targets for volume/revenue/profit. Respond to rate requests, RFQs, RFIs, bids. Follow market conditions, trends, and developments. Meet with clients and attend industry events.

Collaborate with operations on SOP creation. Address shortfalls and lost business with urgency.

Requirements: Recent success in freight forwarding/logistics sales. Relationships with exporters in surrounding market. Understanding of international cargo transportation.

Desire to hustle and succeed in sales. Continuous pipeline of opportunities to develop.

Effective presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
