Job Overview Green Valley Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Mobile, AL sales team. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about sales, mentorship, and the roofing industry. You'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, training new reps, supporting complex deals, and helping define and drive local sales strategies. Key Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives- Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals- Develop and implement local sales strategies in alignment with company goals- Monitor KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback- Support sales reps during client meetings, estimates, and insurance-related consultations- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance- Represent the company professionally in all customer and community interactions- Participate in weekly sales and leadership meetings
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of home services sales experience- At least 2 years of experience in roofing (residential and/or commercial)- Proven leadership experience in a sales environment- Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and sales processes- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort with technology- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable
