What You'll Do Drive Sales Growth Lead both inside and outside sales efforts to exceed revenue goals. Proactively identify and pursue high-value prospects.
Build a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals.
Research target markets and develop strategies to win their business. Deliver impactful sales presentations that seal the deal. Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business. Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries. Book reservations, secure payments, and ensure every detail is perfect. Collaborate for Success Work closely with the sales team to share leads and closing opportunitues. Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless service. Provide feedback on market trends and competitive activity. Stay Organized & Accountable Track all sales activities in the CRM. Measure progress against sales goals and adjust strategies to stay ahead, Maintain accurate client records and detailed notes. Prepare reports on sales performance and progress toward goals. What We're Looking For 2–3+ years of sales experience (hospitality, hotels, event planning, or other service industries preferred). Proven results in both inside and outside sales. Strong closer with outstanding communication and relationship skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (on-site as needed). MUST have OWN personal vehicle.
