We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and coach our Sales Account Executive team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader with strong communication skills and experience in financial services, structured settlements, or related fields. What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Account Executives to achieve daily/weekly goals, including 200+ outbound calls per rep. Coach team members on objection handling, relationship-building, and consultative sales techniques. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and client success. Oversee client consultations to ensure tailored financial solutions for restructuring and refinancing structured settlements. Collaborate with research, paralegal, and marketing teams to qualify leads, track progress, and improve outreach. Monitor performance metrics, streamline processes, and ensure effective CRM use (Salesforce). What We're Looking For: 1–2+ years of sales experience (financial services, real estate, or related preferred). Proven ability to lead or coach a sales team. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. High energy and resilience with the ability to manage client relationships and objections. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus. Why Join Us?
