Sales Manager As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans using a framework tailored to prospective clients. You will leverage sales tools including pitch decks, presentation templates, and service offerings to support effective sales conversations. Your role involves identifying customer needs and presenting cost-effective solutions that align with financial targets and sales objectives. Additionally, you will build initial economic models for prospects using key metrics. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to prospective clients, leveraging sales tools including pitch decks, presentation templates, and service offerings, identifying customer needs and presenting cost-effective solutions, building initial economic models for prospects using key metrics, cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and key personnel, ensuring exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns, partnering with dealers and installers to recommend optimal product solutions, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer interests, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in current and emerging markets, representing the company at industry events and trade shows, ensuring adherence to brand standards and loyalty programs, facilitating smooth transitions of new accounts to Area Account Managers, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and tracking performance metrics using CRM tools, providing updates to leadership on sales activities and forecasted closings, and utilizing platforms such as CRM and Concur to streamline sales processes. Essential skills include sales management, Microsoft Office proficiency, cold calling, management skills, customer service, account management, and outside sales. Additional skills and qualifications include 57 years of proven success in regional or multi-territory sales management, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, strong proficiency in data analysis and strategic decision-making, adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and skilled in CRM platforms. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills. You will utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms to manage sales processes. You will also represent the company at industry events and trade shows, staying informed on market trends. This is a permanent position based out of Mandan, North Dakota. The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr. This is a fully onsite position in Mandan, ND. The position is anticipated to close on Sep 26, 2025.
