Description of the role:

As a Sales Manager at Cedar Creek Motorsports, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching
• Inventory reconciliation
• Forecast goals and objectives for sales on a monthly and annual basis
• Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
