Description of the role:

Greenacres Nissan is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Greenacres, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
• Train and mentor sales representatives
• Monitor performance and motivate team to reach goals
• Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
