We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Harley-Davidson dealership in Virginia. Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee the motorcycle sales department and serve as a bridge between Sales, Service, and Finance. This individual will be responsible for team development, structured training, and ensuring that the dealership delivers an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Implement and manage a structured training program to strengthen lead follow-up, closing skills, and customer engagement.
Ensure timely and effective CRM/lead management processes.
Collaborate closely with the Service and Finance departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Drive sales performance through clear goal setting, accountability, and process management.
Maintain a fast-paced, team-oriented culture with a focus on customer passion and dealership growth. Qualifications Demonstrated success in sales management within powersports, automotive, or a related retail environment.
Strong understanding of dealership operations: Sales, Service, and Finance.
Experience developing and executing training programs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle strongly preferred. Compensation & Opportunity $85,000.00 – $110,000.00
