Overview We are seeking a results-driven senior Sales and Business development senior manager to lead and grow sales efforts for our satellite microwave multidisciplinary modules and subsystems technology, products and services. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will coordinate sales activities, manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new customers and markets in satellite commercial applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Research and analyze customer needs and market trends to uncover new sales opportunities for microwave multidisciplinary modules and subsystems. Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer requirements. Set sales targets and track performance against goals. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management. Use data and feedback to refine sales approaches and improve results. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. Build a network of industry contacts to generate leads and increase visibility. Represent the company at industry conferences, responsibility to initiate, manage and participate in trade shows and networking events focused on satellite technology. Establish KPIs and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives related to satellite commercial applications. Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations. Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory This position may have direct supervisory responsibilities. Required knowledge, skills & abilities Proven track record in sales of microwave multidisciplinary modules and subsystems, preferably in the satellite commercial industry. Strong understanding of satellite applications and customer needs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in CRM Systems and sales tools. Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the Essential Job Functions, including computer skills. Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements. Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies. Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if needed. Education and Experience Bacheloris degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a focus on satellite commercial markets. Work Environment / Physical Requirements Office environment. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones). Travel Requirements: Yes, must be able to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events.
