Please read more regarding our Sales & Marketing Coordinator  Position: What You'll Do Assist sales reps with proposal generation, slide decks, and collateral. Manage and track leads, opportunities, and contact information in Hubspot (or other CRM). Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline snapshots for sales prospects. Manage social media platforms by creating and posting new content. Coordinate internal follow-ups and meetings for sales prospects. Organize webinars, tradeshows, and client events. Work closely with sales, implementation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Requirements : Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordinator role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient with tools like Hubspot (or similar CRM), Canva, and Microsoft Office.
