Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales.
2. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and tracking the effectiveness of each campaign.
3. Assisting in the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
4. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and competition.
5. Providing support for the sales team, including preparing presentations, maintaining client databases, and tracking sales results.
6. Coordinating and organizing events such as conferences, sales meetings, and trade shows.
7. Assisting in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
8. Managing social media platforms and company website, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
9. Liaising with external vendors and partners to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Sales & Marketing Coordinator position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Previous experience putting together proposals, making marketing lists, and maintaining client touch points.
3. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical skills, with a goal-oriented attitude.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Experience in graphic design or with design software would be considered an asset.
