As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales/Marketing Manager to lead and grow our sales team across the tri-state area. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual, results-oriented leader with experience in sales strategy, team management, and the food industry to make a direct impact in a competitive market. Responsibilities Lead, support, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing feedback to help the team hit their goals. Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to drive growth. Develop and execute strategies to grow brand presence and increase sales. Set goals and KPIs in alignment with executive leadership. Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors. Act as the link between the sales team and senior management to ensure smooth communication. Oversee daily operations and monitor team performance and productivity. Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify areas of improvement. Use your fluency in English and Spanish to effectively lead a multicultural team and connect with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications 5-10 years in a sales leadership role in the food industry. Proven track record of managing sales teams and exceeding targets. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities. Bilingual: English and Spanish (required). Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and making data-driven decisions.

Education Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Other Requirements Willingness to travel within the region. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
