Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in B2B markets. Oversee account management processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market analysis to identify new business development opportunities and emerging trends. Utilize CRM software, such as KEAP, for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and building business. Coordinate product demos and presentations to showcase offerings to potential clients. Implement lead generation tactics through cold calling, networking, and direct sales efforts. Monitor territory management to optimize coverage and maximize sales potential. Requirements Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record in B2B sales environments. Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and territory sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and making informed decisions. Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
