Sales & Membership Coordinator

Our mission is to  empower our community through mindful movement , and we’re looking for a  Sales & Membership Coordinator who’s as passionate about people as they are about Pilates.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Lead Conversion
Make  50+ outbound calls per day  to engage prospects and reconnect with former clients
Book  intro classes, private sessions, and consultations  to drive membership growth
Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the  benefits of Pilates and membership options
Confidently address objections and  tailor your message  to each individual’s needs
Manage lead activity and conversion tracking in  MindBody CRM and Marianatek
Client Onboarding & Retention
Create  warm, lasting first impressions  for every new client
Ensure new members feel  comfortable, supported, and welcomed
Proactively monitor engagement and  reach out to keep clients inspired and on track
Build  strong relationships  that lead to referrals and long-term loyalty
Studio Operations & Administrative Support
Open and close the studio on weekends  with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain a  clean, organized, and inviting environment  that reflects our brand values
Support  local marketing efforts , events, and community partnerships
Professionally manage  calls, emails, and scheduling inquiries
What You Bring to the Team
Sales-First Mindset:  You love converting leads and  exceeding goals
Experience in Boutique Fitness:  Pilates or group fitness knowledge is a  strong plus
Strong Communication:  Confident on the phone, polished in person, and clear in writing
Tech-Savvy:  Comfortable with  CRM tools  (especially MindBody)
Solutions-Oriented:  Quick thinker with a focus on  delivering great client experiences
People-Person:  High energy, approachable, and  genuinely passionate about connection
Weekend Availability:  Must be available  Saturdays or Sundays from 7/8am–2pm , with flexibility for additional shifts
