Position: Sales & Membership Manager

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Compensation: up to $27 per hour + Commission + Benefits


We are seeking an energetic, sales-driven, self starter to lead daily operations and inspire a team of 5–7 employees at our luxury skincare studio in Richmond, Virginia. As our Sales & Membership Manager, you will be a key player on our team, someone who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and creating a loyal client base. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating exceptional client experiences while driving sales performance. The right candidate will bring a proven background in retail, spa, wellness, or hospitality sales, paired with strong leadership skills and a polished, professional presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all membership and service sales efforts, with a focus on conversion, upselling, and client retention.
  • Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, staffing, and customer service standards.
  • Motivate, train, and coach team members to achieve individual and studio sales goals.
  • Engage directly with clients, providing product and service recommendations to maximize their experience.
  • Maintain seamless communication with the Sales Director and corporate leadership team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales-driven roles (spa, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or fitness preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Polished, professional communication and appearance.
  • Resides within a reasonable commute of Arlington, VA.
  • A passion for aesthetics, skincare, or wellness.
  • Open availability to work, including weekends.
