You will lead independent direct sales representatives in delivering excellent service and managing one Leaf Home product or location, ensuring excellent sales order accuracy, timely installations, and overall customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives to achieve market objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales representatives. Manage lead results and reporting tasks. Analyze sales performance reports to identify improvement areas and opportunities for your team. Provide top-notch customer and sales support by addressing inquiries and requests. Collaborate with the Installation department to ensure accurate sales orders and timely product installation. Conduct ride-alongs for training and performance coaching of sales representatives. Engage in in-home sales consultations as needed based on lead volume and staffing. Lead local marketing initiatives and canvassing programs to boost customer leads. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3+ years of experience in direct sales or a related role. Proficient in generating performance reports from a CRM system and identifying key trends. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet stakeholder demands. Adept in thriving within a fast-paced, high-energy team environment. Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. Detail-oriented with an efficient approach to task completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills for evaluating arguments and problem-solving. Timely and empathetic communication proficiency to serve customer needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be authorized to work in the employment country without needing visa sponsorship. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Direct sales experience within the home services sector. Experience leading a team of direct sales representatives. Travel Requirements: Local travel is a necessary component of the job. Additional Hours Requirements: Additional hours may be required for this exempt position. Physical Requirements: Office-based and fieldwork including manufacturing and construction environments. Indoor work in a climate-controlled space as well as outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Sedentary tasks may require lifting or moving objects occasionally.
