Sales Operations Associate

Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Associate will support our sales operations across a wide-ranging scope of tasks.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and can efficiently handle shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the front-end sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks that ensure seamless customer interactions. - Process customer requests efficiently, including verifying details, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and escalating complex issues where needed. - Assist in lead qualification and routing, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate sales representatives based on customer needs and business priorities. - Support in customer-related marketing measures, e.g. outbound campaigns, fairs, webinars.
This includes typical activities like cold calling and data entry in IT systems. - Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Manage and maintain internal and external sales portals, updating product/service information, customer records, and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. - Accurately record and maintain customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all communication, transactions, and follow-ups are documented. - Regularly update customer records, order histories, and contact details to ensure the sales team has the most current information. - Maintain and improve office procedures by ensuring all sales processes, templates, and documentation are kept up to date. - Assist in the development of best practices for sales administration, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency. - Monitor changes in product offerings, pricing structures, and service agreements, ensuring all relevant documents reflect the latest update Qualification Education and Experience:
- 0-2 Years experience in a B2B environment - Previous experience in Sales, Customer service, or office administration roles - Bachelor's Degree preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - An aptitude for learning in a technical environment. - Excellent organizational skills. - Excellent analytical, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
