A growing technology company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support a dynamic sales team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and operational support to a 12-person sales team
Maintain and update client records and sales data in the CRM system
Monitor sales pipeline for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and manage timelines
Track order status, shipping, and delivery updates
Assist with meeting scheduling, presentation preparation, and reporting
Support marketing and sales initiatives, including event logistics and materials coordination
Generate weekly performance scorecards and KPIs
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Infor, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
Background in technology, telecommunications, or related industries
Familiarity with order management workflows
Experience creating and analyzing sales performance reports

Location: Lakeville, MN (Hybrid - In-office Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (core hours with some flexibility)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000 annually
