The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in enabling the success of our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, providing actionable insights through reporting/analytics, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
You will be the backbone of the sales team—building scalable processes, improving pipeline visibility, and helping leadership make data-informed decisions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities CRM Management & Data Integrity
Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency.
Implement automation and workflows to improve sales efficiency.
Sales Process Optimization
Standardize and document sales processes across the funnel (lead generation, qualification, pipeline progression, closing).
Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
Provide insights into conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
Enablement & Support
Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, training, and process documentation.
Coordinate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking.
Strategic Projects
Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management.
Evaluate and recommend sales tools/technologies to improve productivity.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support (preferably in SaaS/healthcare technology).
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus.
