Position Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist provides the necessary guidance to the field sales team and becomes the point of reference on all deal flow, system, and process matters. Responsible for owning multiple assigned processes or systems with the expectation to constantly work to maximize effectiveness. Responsible for the movement and success of the sales teams' deals, systems, and other assigned tasks. As an individual contributor the expectation is to help the organization by creating and owning improvements that impact multiple departments and teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work as the point of reference for multiple departments across organization as the operational expert of assigned processes or systems
Process all assigned cases/tickets with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure adherence to guidelines, processes and policies
Own assigned processes or systems
Own and create processes to create efficiencies within the organization
Constantly work to create a positive impact on organization
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to Leadership
Provide training to new Business Consultants and Leadership on sales process and systems
Other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Editor
SharePoint (or similar)
DocuSign (or similar)
CRM systems, ClientSpace and Salesforce experience is a plus
Time Management skills is a must
Proficiency with communicating in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Education & Experience Experience in sales administration, experience as a sales coordinator, sales operations specialist, or in other administrative positions
Undergraduate degree in business administration or relevant field is also considered a plus
