The ASPIRE Program is an 18-24-month rotational leadership development program with 18 months of professional development (1 module/quarter). Participants will go through rotations within their specified business unit to gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field. The program combines real-world special projects, ongoing learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to create a well-rounded future leader. This specific ASPIRE role is a Sales Ops Associate. You will be an integral part to our Commercial Sales team and will rotate through different functional areas in this field. What you have: Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Management or related
Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Suite Skills
Permanent work authorization in the United States
