Bel Brands USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Planning & Trade Execution Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales planning and trade strategies across the U.S. market to drive the distribution and sales performance of our popular cheese brands including Babybel, Boursin, and The Laughing Cow. The ideal candidate will bring a creative and analytical approach to develop innovative sales solutions that align with corporate goals and market trends. Design and implement comprehensive sales plans and trade promotion strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key retail and distribution partners. Monitor and optimize trade spending to maximize ROI and profitability. Prepare detailed sales forecasting and performance reports for senior management. Guide and support the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
