We are seeking a part-time Sales Representative to help customers find the right building for their needs. This role offers a flat weekly base pay plus uncapped commission on every sale or rent-to-own agreement. It's ideal for someone who is people-oriented, dependable, and motivated by results. Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers and respond to phone and online inquiries Educate customers on available products, pricing, and customization options Complete and submit order forms and rent-to-own contracts Maintain a clean and organized sales lot Communicate clearly with customers and office staff Work 15–25 hours per week, including some Saturdays Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Dependable, self-motivated, and organized Comfortable using email, online forms, and smartphones Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer: Guaranteed weekly base pay (inquire for details) Commission on every sale with no cap Flexible schedule Free training and on-site support Inventory and office provided — no cold calling required How to Apply:
