What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed goals
Assist homeowners through the claims process and meet with insurance adjusters
Provide hands-on support by conducting inspections to assess damage
Drive team performance by attending and leading weekly sales meetings
Develop prospecting strategies and hold reps accountable for outreach efforts
Track team progress, provide performance feedback, and implement improvement plans
Help close deals and collect payments when needed
Actively contribute to strategic planning and territory expansion
What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
High energy, competitive mindset, and a passion for helping others succeed
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
A solid understanding of canvassing, B2B sales, and upselling strategies
Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and sales performance tracking
Ability to analyze team performance metrics and improve results

Schedule:
