Elevate Your Career and join us as a full-time Sales Rep at Tri-County Home Pros in West Lafayette, IN ! The pay is base pay plus commission. Starting pay is a combination of a weekly salary plus commission on all sales. We offer amazing benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer contribution of 75%) as well as holiday and vacation pay. We also offer this position a fuel card and a monthly cell phone stipend!
WORK SCHEDULE: Our Sales Reps thrive in a full-time role, immersing themselves in the world of exterior construction and customer delight. Our typical schedule spans from Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend appointment required , accommodating the needs of our customers. We happily accommodate earlier or later appointments and the occasional Saturday to ensure our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES REP: Your day begins with connecting with homeowners, attentively listening to their aspirations and concerns. You conduct thorough inspections, leveraging your expertise to craft tailored proposals that resonate with our clients' visions. Armed with streamlined digital tools, you seamlessly present proposals in-person or virtually, guiding clients towards one-call close experiences. Your creativity and communication skills shine as you create comprehensive work orders, ensuring smooth collaboration between our Sales and Production Departments. Your impact is profound – each proposal and interaction contribute to turning houses into dream homes, all while practicing transparency, delivering workmanship excellence, and exceeding expectations.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 3+ years of sales experience Estimating experience (you have to be a numbers person) Good character and a drive to learn A valid driver's license Computer Knowledge Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel) Excellent customer communication skills and follow-through We quote residential and commercial projects for our customers. This position requires great attention to detail & critical thinking skills. Remodeling & Roofing experience is a plus. College experience is also preferred.
