This role involves 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers. What You'll Do: Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers Assess customer needs and offer the best solution Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships
