*Job Title*: Metabo HPT and Metabo Tools Sales Representative & DemonstratorCheck you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.*Position Overview:*This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the power tools industry while supporting the Independent Channel (IC) team and engaging directly with end-users both in-store and in the field.*Job Description:*Represent Metabo HPT and Metabo in the Independent Channel (IC) by selling, demonstrating, and building relationships with End Users, Distributors’ Sales Team, and MHPT’s Sales Team.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Sales Support*: Work closely with the Independent Channel (IC) team to identify and close conversion opportunities and drive category growth. Assist with product placement and ensure Metabo HPT and Metabo tools are properly stocked and displayed.* *Product Demonstrations*: Provide engaging, hands-on demonstrations of Metabo HPT and Metabo tools to both in-store customers and professionals on job sites, showcasing their performance, features, and benefits. Provide recommendations tailored to customer needs, offering the right tools and accessories for the job, from home improvement/ remodels to commercial construction projects.* *Field Support*: Conduct ride-alongs with the outside Account Executives on job site visits, providing technical advice, demos and answering questions regarding the use of Metabo HPT and Metabo products in real-world work environments.* *Relationship Building*: Develop and maintain relationships with professional contractors and trade professionals, acting as a point of contact for product knowledge and troubleshooting.* *Product Knowledge & Training*: Stay up-to-date on new Metabo HPT and Metabo products and industry trends. Be a resource for store associates, providing hands-on training and support on the product line.* *Promotions and Events*: Participate in Independent Channel (IC) promotional events to generate product awareness and increase sales of Metabo HPT and Metabo tools.* *Customer Service*: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing concerns or issues and ensuring satisfaction with Metabo HPT and Metabo tools.*QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's Degree or Trade School Certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Experience in Field Sales or Marketing related role for Power Tools, Hardware, or other Construction Supplies preferred* Intermediate Skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as with a team for problem-solving and completing Sales Projects* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required*PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:*Must have the ability to lift 60 lbsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Bonus payLicense/Certification:* Driver's LicenseJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceCompensation Package:* Bonus opportunities* Commission paySchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededLanguage:* Spanish (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Los Angeles, CA 90005 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Los Angeles, CA 90005: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
