At American Glass Professionals (AGP), we’re hiring high-energy Sales Representatives who thrive in fast-paced environments and love helping people. In this role, you’ll work onsite at partner locations, engaging customers who already have windshield damage and helping them get signed up for replacement by one of our certified technicians. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, making auto-glass replacement convenient and seamless for our customers. 1+ year in sales, retail, or high-volume customer interaction ~ Proactively engage customers on-site and assess windshield damage Explain replacement services and educate customers on their insurance benefits Guide customers through the scheduling process Keep detailed logs of appointments and customer interactions Base pay PLUS uncapped commission – top reps are earning $1,200–$2,200+ per week Paid training with all the tools you need to SUCCEED!
