Description: About the Role: As an Account Executive at Veseris , you’ll manage a $5M+ territory and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the turf, pest control, and horticulture industries. Your primary goal is to build profitable, long-term customer partnerships by understanding their business needs and providing consultative solutions from our extensive product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and prospects Uncover customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions Manage multi-location accounts and develop strategic territory sales plans Achieve or exceed sales goals through focused prospecting and account growth Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, credit) to support customer success Accurately track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and sales tools Represent Veseris at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
Requirements: What You Bring 10+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accounts Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills Proven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationships Experience in the pest, horticulture, or related industries preferred Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools Bachelor’s degree preferred
