Sales Representative – Mold Mitigation & Remediation

Mold Mitigation and Remediation Division seeking an experienced Sales Representative to generate qualified leads and build referral partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong local network, excellent communication skills, and proven sales success in home services, restoration, or related industries.

Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for mold inspection and remediation services Present services to homeowners and businesses and close deals Build relationships with property managers, realtors, insurance adjusters, and contractors Maintain and grow referral partnerships Meet monthly sales and revenue targets

Qualifications: Knowledge of disaster restoration industry 5+ years of sales experience - mold Strong networking and business development skills Self-motivated and results-driven Basic knowledge of mold remediation, water damage, or property restoration preferred (training provided). Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Compensation: Base salary + commission Bonuses for exceeding targets Mileage/expense reimbursement
