Sales Representative Precast Concrete

Location: Nashville, TN

A leading precast concrete manufacturer is seeking a Sales Representative to drive business development and manage client relationships in the Nashville region. This role focuses on promoting precast solutions for infrastructure and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure client specifications are met.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or precast concrete industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and precast products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission (OTE $140-170K) | Health, dental, and vision insurance | 401(k) with company match | Paid time off and holidays.
