Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sell high-end detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and mobile service packages Manage and convert inbound leads to booked appointments Prospect new business with luxury dealerships, golf clubs, and real estate professionals Follow up consistently and build relationships with clients Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and closed jobs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Are a strong communicator and confident negotiator Thrive in % commission environments and love chasing big wins Are motivated by performance, numbers, and personal growth Have a presentable, polished image and can represent a high-end brand Are based in Tampa and comfortable with mobile/remote selling Education & Experience Have + years of sales experience (automotive, luxury services, or high-ticket sales preferred)
