What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Travel to daily in-home sales appointments (4–5 per day, many pre-set)
  • Consult with homeowners and help them select flooring options that fit their needs
  • Quote and close jobs directly from your mobile showroom van
  • Follow up with clients, complete sales paperwork, and finalize orders
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to ensure smooth installations and satisfied customers
What You Bring:
  • Experience in home service or residential sales (flooring, remodeling, or related)
  • Strong computer/CRM skills for managing leads and schedules
  • Ability to quote and measure jobs independently
  • Self-motivation and discipline — you run your own day
  • Confident communication and a genuine customer-first mindset

  • This is not a 9–5 job — some evening or Saturday appointments may be needed
