Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Raleigh, NC
This is a heavy, outside sales position with flexibility—candidates won’t be required to report into the office daily, but preference is for someone located in or near Raleigh.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $85K – $100K (higher for the right candidate)
Commission: Structure is open for discussion but will be based on percentage of GP from dollar one.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
Focus on refrigerated/pharma shipments while also driving sales in broader freight services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted logistics advisor.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
Track, report, and achieve/exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements Proven track record in freight forwarding, OTR, 3PL, or logistics sales.
Strong preference for candidates with refrigerated and pharmaceutical cargo experience.
Must be a hunter mentality salesperson who thrives on building new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
