Our focus is expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering technology that meaningfully improves how public safety agencies operate.**Role Overview**The Sales Representative is responsible for driving **new customer acquisition and revenue growth** by selling Sansio’s software solutions to EMS and Fire agencies across the United States.This role requires a **consultative, relationship-driven sales approach**. You will work with agency leaders, operational staff, and IT stakeholders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Sansio’s solutions improve documentation, compliance, and operational efficiency.You will own opportunities from **initial outreach through closing**, working closely with leadership, product, and implementation teams to ensure customers are successful from the first conversation through onboarding.**Key Responsibilities****New Business Development*** Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within EMS and Fire agencies* Prospect and build relationships with decision makers including chiefs, directors, and administrators* Conduct discovery calls to understand operational needs and current workflows* Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value of Sansio’s solutions**Sales Process & Pipeline Management*** Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to close* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in the CRM* Participate in RFP responses and procurement processes common in public-sector sales* Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy, pricing discussions, and closing plans**Market Engagement*** Represent Sansio at industry conferences, trade shows, and events* Build relationships within the EMS and Fire community to expand awareness of Sansio’s solutions* Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Partner with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to onboarding* Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams* Support customer retention and expansion opportunities when appropriate**Worker Type:**Regular**Number of Openings Available:**1Sansio is a provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) information management solutions that help healthcare providers improve clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory performance.
