As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving both our company's success and your personal growth by providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts. Build and manage a strong network of carriers. Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery according to customer expectations. Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to communicate effectively and meet service goals. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, keeping customers' needs at the forefront. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize and track client information, correspondence, and relevant data. Continuously learn and build industry-related skills to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices Key Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to retain and apply new information. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits: Earning Potential: Commission/Draw (uncapped) – Earn 50% gross profit based on profit margins. First-year sellers average $7K-$10K in commission per month, Second-year sellers earn $20K-$40K per month and top sellers are taking home $70K+ per month . Payment Schedule : Bi-weekly payroll.
